My six strings take a break.

几乎每一年都会写一首歌。每一次写的歌都是为喜欢的女生写的,把心里得感觉表达成旋律与词。但是每一次都没结果。

So... 今年不写了。

Maybe its better to keep the feeling inside, maybe that's more magical that way.

Hi there bloggy...

Its been a long long time since I last blog. I missed Christmas and New year's resolution entry. Oh, I even miss out the birth of my beloved baby nephew who brought so much joy and laughter during the last 7 months. Not to mention diapers and late night cries.

2010 was the year I worked quite many temp jobs. A bad choice. I thought I would have just keep myself busy while looking for a full time job, but its really looks bad on the resume. But looking on the bright side, I really enjoyed those jobs.

First was NUH Wellness centre, a job that lasted for 1 month which was referred by my sis. Learnt to read doctor's handwriting. Many great colleagues, such as Nicole and Lawa.

Then it was James Cook University in around August which I do really simple and mundane task. Last for probably 2 months. First job that allows me to read the newspaper, books and play my psp. Lovely American boss that bakes great brownies too! Oh, also get to know a sweet and cute lovely 19 year old China student that asked for my number, msn and facebook on my last day of work. Been in touch virtually and on smses for many months until recently we went on a hotpot and Karaoke date just before she left for Beijing for her CNY holidays with family. What touched me so much about her was the unexpected Christmas gift that came in by post.

Then it was Trans Eurokars which is Sungei Kadut. Very near to my place, about 30 mins travelling time. I didnt quite like the department culture (Accounts, which I worked in) but overall company's culture it was ok. So really funny and nice colleagues too. Oh, my supervisor (whom I call 大姐) was a lovely lady from Shan dong and She patiently taught me lots of thing. She used to adress me as 大哥,until I told her I'm not that old. She then changed it to 小 Mike. Her husband must be really fortunate to marry such a diligent and pretty wife.

Recently, I now in USS@RWS in the wardrobe department. Initially I went for the Team manager position but ended offered a crew role because of the lack of inventory experience. I took it up eventually. Something got to start somewhere anywhere. Lots of laborious and manual tasks which set me silly complaining why am I, a 2nd upper honors degree holder doing such a job? Few days later, I grow to love it. I can say all the colleagues and supervisors are jovial and helpful fellas. I love love working in a place where there is lots of laughs. The dreadful parts are the shifts and long traveling, but I can live with it.

Anyway, its CNY. This year I didnt get any 桃花 partly because of baby nephew. Just so afraid he will collide and topple things. Even mom didnt buy any CNY plants. These few years, all the 桃花s that came along were either buds that didnt blosson or worst,  烂桃花。 Anyway, I hope 2011 will be a fruitful year in career wise. Love-wise, I hope it would be quiet and uneventful. But I wont complain if something good happens.

I guess this is the end of my updates of me. For those who bothered reading, wish you fellas a happy Lunar New. Ciao~.

Do I make you proud?

As of last satuday, 13th November 2010, I've officially graduated.

Its has been a long tiring but fruitful journey, great friends were made along the way. I couldnt have made it without them.

Never in my life would I thought I would wear a graduation gown. The last time I wore it when I was in kindergarten... LOL.

Being a poly dropout, I thought my education life was over. I was contented with the half year diploma cert I got right after my national service. But thanks to my dad, he gave me another chance once again to take another step into higher learning. Though I never ever express myself to him (Its a guy's thing), but I am really really grateful.

Thanks to my COT... Thanks to my family... I wouldnt have made it thru...

Random...

I was thinking randomly...

If I trusted and loved the wrong person... was I being used?

How will my parents react if we were together?

Will there be a future if even if we were together?

Damn it... Who moved my cheese?

I guess someone move my cheese long ago... and all these time I was able to survive on those miserable amount of left over...

Time to get into the maze again...

What would I do if I'm not afraid?
